Paul Gerantonis
Founder & CEO
Paul is the driving force behind OMEGA, bringing with him a wealth of experience and expertise in the security industry. With a career spanning over 40 years, Paul's journey in security began in 1983, and he has since become a respected figure in the field.
With Paul at the helm, OMEGA continues to set the standard for excellence in the security industry. His leadership, expertise, and unwavering commitment to quality are the driving forces behind our success.

NSW POLICE FORCE
Paul worked at the NSW Police State Protection Group from January 1995 till August 2002. (Not as a sworn officer). Responsible for millions of dollars’ worth of Rescue & Bomb Squad equipment, later at the Police Dog Squad before spending his last 2 years working for Chief Inspector Frank Mennilli who later became Assistant Commissioner.

FEDERAL POLICE
Paul was at the Australian Federal Police from August 2002 to late 2003. Trained as a Federal Agent and based in Canberra for six months before relocating to Sydney and based at the Sydney International Airport.

SYDNEY 2000 OLYMPICS AND PARALYMPICS
Appointed to lead a large team of paid and volunteer Security Operatives, Paul received high praise and accolades from the late Mr. Samaranch (who handed him an Award) and High-Ranking Police Officers. After the games, Paul was responsible for the entire logistics of the equipment used by Police, Medical staff and Security.

experience in the security industry and has an very ambitious vision for OMEGA.
